GRE scores and admission to neuroscience PhD

Hi everyone,
I graduated from Rutgers with a 3.77 GPA and a BA in Biology. I took a couple of classes towards a masters in Cell and Molecular Bio at Brandeis, that I wont finish, but I am now working in as a research technician in a Neuroscience lab at a Harvard/MGH affiliate. I am considering applying to graduate school this summer, however I took the GRE twice in 2010 and the scores were not very good (510V, 690Q). I'm generally quite good in math, but standardized tests just scare the hell outta me... Do I really need to re-take the GRE? What are my chances of getting accepted with these scores? Any suggestions?
Thanks
