My friend just took the computer scored general GRE and got an 1150 (470 in the verbal and 680 in math) and she's wondering if you all could suggest good matches for grad school for her.

What field does she want to go into? Does she want to get her Master's or PhD? What's her GPA?

Very few schools publish GRE details because, in general, preparation/GPA, writing sample, SOP, and recs are all more important. That said, one of the few schools that does publish GRE details is the University of Minnesota:

on that page, scroll down to your department/program and click the link. On the department page, click "Admissions" and on the "Admissions" page, click "gre scores".

Your friend's scores are a bit above average in general - the overall mean is 469V, 597Q, 4.2AW.
