I was just on the GRE test website and is it true they only have two testing dates for the GRE's (Oct 27th and Feb 2)? It's only offered twice a year?

Umm... I don't think so. If you're talking about the computer based general test, you can take it like every day of the week depending on what testing center you go to. Am I missing something?

sunkissed,
You were looking at the testing dates for the paper based tests. Those are given outside the U.S. If you are within the U.S., the GRE's are administered virtually every day year 'round at special testing centers. You sign up on a first-come, first-served basis. http://www.ets.org/portal/site/ets/menuitem.1488512ecfd5b8849a77b13bc3921509/?vgnextoid=ed152d3631df4010VgnVCM10000022f95190RCRD&vgnextchannel=6ae6e3b5f64f4010VgnVCM10000022f95190RCRD#cbt
