Hello all, I'm new to the forum and was hoping you had some advice. I'm applying to PhD programs in Immunology/Pathobiology for the fall of 2012. I just took my GRE and got 670 quant, 640 verbal. I know my math score is lower but I worked hard to prepare and have never been very good at standardized test math (nerves i guess?). Anyway, I have a 3.63 GPA at Northeastern, three solid research LORs, and a hefty amount of research exp. (work as a RA full time in a developmental biology lab). I was wondering, is it worth taking the GRE again to try and improve my quant score? I'm looking at Brown, Tufts, and UCONN to give you an example of what I'm shooting for. Thanks!
