Great academics, amazing essays, average ECs?

What would you say the chance of someone with the following stats are for top schools? (Ivies/MIT/Duke/Stanford/others)

Academics:
4.0 UW
Most rigorous courses possible (lots of AP, IB, etc.)
Valedictorian
Took extra CC classes
2250+ SAT Score
SAT Subject Tests all above 700

Essay:
Amazing essays, tells a lot about the individual, very genuine and original

ECs:
Average ECs (Volunteering, some club leadership, some sports, nothing outstanding and no huge recognition)

Discuss.

you say your essays talk a lot about the individual. Usually you would tie your EC’s into your essay because that it how you show your passion. Be careful of "telling’ remember you have to “show”.

Well let’s say the essay was about an EC, but it wasn’t a huge EC or anything (not like publishing some research paper or building houses in Africa). Yet it impacted the applicant greatly and showed his personality and was just awesome.
