Great CC records, poor HS records

Hey guys

My situations is this. I graduated from high school in another country(Israel) and my GPA there wasn't impressive to say the least. They have a completely different system there, so I'm not sure how to express it on the 0-4.0 scale. My final high school average was about 75%. It's been three years since I was in an educational system and I feel like I wasted a lot of time.
This is my first semester at community college. By the way, I am planning to be done with college in two years; taking 18 credits this spring, summer and fall, and 6 in the winter, repeating that next year in a 4 year institution. The credits I'm taking are very likely to transfer, and so far this semester goes great.
Assuming I get a 3.8-4.0 GPA (doing great in all my classes so far) and assuming that I take good care of my extracurriculars(clubs, volunteer, teams, etc.), and assuming I get great recommendations, then how high and far should I aim when applying this fall for colleges to attend next spring?
I know that someone who did poorly in high school and is going the community college way is unlikely to end up in an Ivy League school or any other top undergrad institute without having amazing extracurriculars(since I have to work for a living, there's not too much I can do) on top of everything else, but I would like to think that if I work my ass off and give this everything I got, that maybe I have a chance of going to a really good school and go to one of the world's best graduate schools after college.

P.S. I also plan to take both the SAT and ACT this summer.

Advice oh wise ones?

Many state schools don’t require high school info if you are applying for junior standing.

^^^^ what he said. State schools are a great option - their applications are MUCH less annoying

I’ve considered those, but the really good ones (UT Austin for example. I moved to TX about 5 weeks ago) seem to require high school transcrips and SAT\ACT scores.
I’m not concered about the “college experience” and status, but would like to aim for the best grad schools after college, and those seem to have a high preferance for top undergrad schools.
I’ll of course be immensely grateful to graduate from any college in good standing.

OSU doesn’t require high school materials:Admissions

American University doesn’t seem to require them either.

Transfer acceptances are really hard to predict. I suggest casting a wide net.

UT Austin dosent require high school transcripts or ACT
