Just came across this. This site was actually created by a Singaporean for fellow Singaporeans, but most of it's relevant to all internationals. Tons of details information for both graduate and undergraduate financial aid, with a long and comprehensive list of scholarships available to Singaporeans and internationals. Thought I'd share it with you guys.

Thanks! The website looks like a good place to start your undergraduate college/fin aid research or discover some scholarships you did not know about before, but it is not comprehensive enough to be used as an exhaustive source. It does not even mention colleges that are not need-blind but give need-based aid to some international students nonetheless.

The 'general information' might be a bit too general: RA positions are not always the best-paying campus job, and even at small colleges undergraduate students are paid for assisting professors with their research projects quite frequently. Both are the case at my small college: RAs earn quite a bit less than undergraduate TAs, for example, and half of the science majors receive funding from the college to work on a research project every year.

The graduate section is still a stub. Overall, I think the site is a good start but still needs some seriuos work.
