also for math classes, like calc 2 and higher....... no way anyone normal with other courses can pull of a 97+ overall in the class.

i just dont think its possible.
I pulled 97+ in Calc II + Phys with calc + o-Chem last semester. In Bio I think it was lower but still an A. It's possible.
This semester it is a little bit harder with Calc III, Lin Alg, Orgo II, and Phys II though... May can't come soon enough.

Y17K: Yeah, I'm in community college. Dual-enrollment program though, so I'm technically also a high school junior. I like it a lot better than high school, but I'm really really young compared to a lot of my friends there. I'm not even 17 yet :(

Malishka31: It's definitely possible. It takes a whole bunch of work, but it's possible.

I had really good teachers last quarter that made the class material interesting so that I didn't really mind studying. The classes weren't easy, I just finished Calc 1, Chemistry, and Writing from Research. I can already tell this quarter is going to be even harder though. I just started Calc 2, Physics, Tech. Writing, and Comparitive World Politics. I agree completely with martinibluex! June 9th better come very very soon!

Malishka, it's definitely possible. I got a 96 and 95 on my Calc I and II classes respectively with minimal effort. When I took Calc I, I was also taking Stats, English 1, Anthropology and music, and got a 4.0 while working 22hpw. During my Calc II semester I was taking Ochem II, Bio 2, and History; I got an A in everything except OChem. Calc-level math just happened to be "easy" to me, the same way that some people breeze by their English and/or writing classes getting A's and A+'s without really working that hard. Some people are just inclined towards some fields, is all.
