great. . . . .

great...........

so my mom decides NOT to drive me to the library, my brother is busy so he can't, and my dad won't be home for another hour so (actually like 2 hours).

i definitely can't concentrate studying at home because of all the noise my family makes, and i'm forced to now walk to a library that is otherwise 30~45 minutes away with a huge backpack filled with 6-7 books

ugh, this is ridiculous...

i hope i don't die from dehydration or a freak car accident while crossing the street (my mom's ultimate fear) or from a broken back..

Bring a bag with wheels so you can push it. Maybe a luggage bag?

Or listen to blaring heavy metal like I do.

hey, stop making topics.

^ hey, stop posting irrelevant things in other people's threads (:

a luggage bag is a good idea! i'll see if i have one! otherwise, i think by walking, i can get sympathy from my mom. it happened before, i would start walking to a distant place and she would come with the car a few minutes later to drop me off, haha

Having headphones will really drown out the noise. Once you learn how to concentrate with loud music, then everything's set.

Hahah, same with me.

if I see someone lugging a luggage bag and walking around on the streets, I tend to be like "Look! A homeless person!" That's just me though

You could always study ---gasp--- outside! Summer is fleeting; take advantage of it. Sit under the shade of a tree or something. Have an apple drop on your head.

^ haha, too bad for that, i'm already at the library (:

thanks for the help thoughh ;D

Luggage bag is cool. I plan on bringing one to WalMart on the day I move in to college so I can buy an entire pack of water bottles and lots of food to fill my dorm. Although I have to take the bus to Walmart from campus, I still need that luggage bag, because it's hard to carry all the stuff especially the water.

Whenever someone brings a luggage bag to class, the teacher is like, "So, where's your next destination? Easter Island?"

Airports like to stop Middle-Eastern looking people with luggage bags.

I want to get this $40 Swiss Gear backpack.

Just how much are you obsessed with the library?

^ enough to go everyday but today, since it's closed for independence day..

i get to stay home and do nothing since there's no point to volunteer on a holiday or study either. i guess i'll just laze around today, or do some light studying. so see, i'm not as much of a grind as anyone would think (:

Why would anyone bring a luggage bag to class?

^ A backpack is not big enough for a riffle.

asian sensation...do you ever go out with friends or do fun things? why are you studying so much during the summer, have fun.

But asian sensation does have fun...he plays at the library and eats there; enjoys time there...what better way to spend time during summer inside a library having fun?

of course, i pointed it out in other threads and i'll point it out now. my schedule lately seems like it's totally absorbed with the books, but it's really not. i have my fair share of a social life, hanging out, etc

and invoyable, don't speak for me in the future because you don't know what you're talking about...thanks
