<p>Students stay in their original housing the entire year even if they join a sorority- no need to worry about dorm contracts.</p>
<p>For sororities that have a house (some do not) you will most likely live there your sophomore year and maybe your junior year. Freshman year you will stay in your dorm or wherever you already are.</p>
<p>What week is Rush for sororities? We’re from out of state so will need to coordinate when daughter would arrive if she wants to go the sorority route.</p>
<p>It is the very first week before classes start, it begins Sept. 2. I believe it begins after the public dorms’ move-in days. Check out uwgreek.com for any and all info you would want regarding recruitment.</p>
