<p>Having a permanent residence puts one into which pile in admissions, domestic or international? Also, if the answer is domestic, are green card residents and citizens considered on an equal footing? (You know what I mean.)

<p>If you have a green card, then you’re considered to be a domestic student…not an int’l.</p>
<p>There are a small number of scholarships that are only for citizens. Other than that, someone with a green card is the same as a citizen for admissions and financial aid.</p>
