Greetings Swat Parents

I have just returned from the land of Magill Walk and I'm here to report that they had some snow on Sunday-evidence thereof is still present. All of your S's and D's are doing fine, (except for my senior who seems sick and wants to keep his record intact of never having set foot in Worth Health Center ) I saw many of your offspring returning from the bookstore lugging bags of books. It must be the start of a semester ;)

No, no, no. Spending a night in Worth, watching TV, and having the nurses feed you chicken soup is #66 of the 101 Things that every Swattie should do while at Swarthmore, according to the Bulletin article.

<a href="http://www.swarthmore.edu/bulletin/index.php?id=283%5B/url%5D">http://www.swarthmore.edu/bulletin/index.php?id=283</a></p>

My daughter went back sick, too. She was happy to go back. We were happy for her to go back! Got an e-mail last night saying how fantastic her first two courses were going to be.

interesteddad,
I think I will cut and paste the middle of your reply and send it to S. Then he can roll his eyes at you, too.

I hear ya on that rollin' the eyes stuff....especially towards the end of winter break, right?

I agree with ID. Worth does take care of kids when they get the flu and all. Son hasn't gotten chicken soup, but I believe you, ID. Another one of the 101 things to do while being a student at Swat is to get a free lunch/dinner out of your advisor at a nice restaurant in NYC during winter break and actually have a nice time while having lunch with him! :)
