well yes and no…yes because it looks amazing AND IT ACTUALLY HAS GREEK!!!But no becuase I am well aware that I don’t have a snowballs chance in actually getting in…But my parents have a rule that I can only apply to 4 oos schools, and so far my 3 are Groton, Lawrenceville, and Middlesex…

What are your stats vaguely? While clearly everyone has a chance I’ll try and tell you if you’re in the range in my opinion. Not that I’m an expert by any means.

You have a shot. Apply if your interested or at least visit.

Obviously this is assuming your SSAT reflects your grades, SSAt isn’t the be all and end all but it might affectyour chances severly if its under 70 with no significant hook.

Just put the EC’s that you play an active role in and those that you have leadership positions, as for sports and instruments, put only the sports that you’re good at and for instruments again put those that you’re good at. This is the only advice I can give to you and I think that others will agree that it’s good advice :D

really without that many ecs and average grades? Thanks I’ll definitely look into it, esp. with such generous financial aid = )
Swissbrit-thanks for the advice but if I only put on the things Im good at, I’d be sending in an almost blank application = S

I had less ECs than you and similar grades. Although I think I showed more dedication to the ECs I had. Plenty of Straight A, 20 Ecs with 99th SSATs get rejected. It depends on your personality and what they’re looking for. Good Luck. I’ll be answering questions in September> when I get the chance!

um, I don’t know if I should get into the chancing bussiness, I think it might ruin the integrity of the thread plus I hardly feel qualified. If you were WL at top school like I think you were than you should have a chance. What else can I say?
