Grove City College Interview

Does anyone know what I can expect from the interview at Grove City? Are there specific questions that I'm likely to be asked?

What percentage of the application do you think the interview accounts for at Grove City? Does it essentially make or break a potential applicant?

As a matter of fact I just recently recieved an interview at GCC, and was previously wondering that same question.

It was my first college interview, so I did not really know what to expect. It honestly was not that bad, my interviewer did the best that they could to put me at ease and make me feel comfortable from the get-go.

If you have any other questions, I would be happy to let you know.

Interview was a breeze. I think it was the easiest interview I have ever had actually. It is make or break in the sense that if you do horribly (which would be hard to do) you don’t get in. I was under the impression it is more of a screening process to see if you are the type of person they want there. good luck

OP- They ask basic questions, some relating to college and others silly. I know one specifically was “If you could have lunch with anybody in the world, alive or dead, who would it be?” Or something along those lines. I said Bill Gates… lol.

Grove City has done the least to attract me to their school though, which is disappointing, so I’m not even filing an application. Good luck to you in your college search! There aren’t many nationally recognized and academically strong Christian schools out there unfortunately, so selection is limited.

Grove City seems like a strong school with a nice campus. I know I’ve recommended a few friends to go there over their other choices.
