<p>Has been for two days now.</p>
<p>It’s working right now. GROWL closes down after 12 AM and starts back up in the morning I think.</p>

<p>this is very stressful . I got the last priority date for registration and i need a very specific class to fit my schedule, now growl isn’t working right . </p>
<p>From my experience in QA( testing software) I’d have to guess the UCR servers don’t have the bandwidth needed to let everyone register at one time. If I don’t get this class I might have to skip summer session all together .</p>
