Im taking precalculus this year and it is driving me absolutely INSANE! our teacher is awful and it is the only class that I have a B in. I have an 89% and all we have left going on our grades is the final - last year, nobody got higher than an 85% on the final in pre-calc at our school - its HARD.

So im frustrated because i got the "lazy" teacher and i feel so hopeless and like its ruining my chances for everything. Anyone else in a similar position?

Well last year in Math III we had a completely useless/incompetent teacher who had absolutely no control over our class. The things we did in that class... man. (I admit I participated, but hey)

That put my class 4 months behind, until they finally fired him, but by then 3/4 of my class failed the Math A Regents exam (not me somehow)

But then I took the Math SAT II and totally bombed it, and I mean totally. Don't ask my score... :p

So I might have somewhat of an idea, since my teacher screwed me for math III/precalc. It really was baddd

Yes.... I share the same sentiments for two of my classes.

However, this is my last year of high school so I don't care as much.

nation161: but at least you ended up doing well. now im inches away from an A (i have As in all other subjects) and yet it is so incredibly out of reach
