Gruber's complete SAT workbook? + Practice material.

Hey all, I came across gruber's complete SAT workbook for critical reading and wanted to know what everyone thought about it. I tried searching the forum but only saw his name associated w math.

I prefer rocket review’s method for CR rather than gruber’s personally. It depends from person to person as well. You should, provided you have the time, experiment with Gruber’s method for a few sections. Also, you can see a little bit of rocket review’s methods online. Just google familyeducation SAT critical reading tips. I’m sure you’ll find them. Consider doing direct hits vocab from the books themselves or from quizlet (for free).
If you need any more help with the SAT, I’d be glad to help. PM me.

I did a bit of direct hits already. I liked it a lot but I don’t take my vocab from any one place. As long as I don’t know a word, I make a note of it and learn it. Doesn’t matter where I see it. That and a combination of roots. I’d check out quizlet and rocket review. Thanks a lot!
