GS to Engineering?

I've read on the post that transfering schools is difficult/impossible. Has anyone ever heard of a GS student transfering to Engineering?

Look at the 3/2 program it’s setup to do exactly that.

Transferring to/from CU engineering is easier than to/from CC, because the missions of the schools are so different. If you want to be a mechanical engineer, you simply can’t do that in GS.

What aspect of engineering interests you? If it’s computer science, computer engineering, or financial engineering, you’ll have a harder time since you could do CS or Financial Economics.

I want to go for Civil Engineering.

So a GS student can, if s/he completes all of the requirements with the GPA required, be GUARANTEED admission to SEAS? If that’s true, that’s amazing. I thought I had to give up on my dream of studying mechanical engineering…

Obviously you’ll need to confirm it, I’m just a random dog on the internet, etc. However yeah, it’s a pretty generous program provided you can be accepted at all and maintain that GPA.
