GSP Schedules are OUT!!!!

Did you guys know that you can go see your new schedule on NYU Home, by going to Academics, clicking on Student Login, and the rolling the mouse over Registration and clicking schedule?!?!?!

I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!! I don't start any classes before 12:30!!!!!!!!!! I'm about to google all of my professors, but I thought I'd let you all know this! :)

By the way, on my schedule it says I have 2 classes scheduled on "MW" (which is obviously Monday and Wednesday), but the other 2 are on "TR" and I'm wondering what that means exactly--I'm almost 100% sure it stands for Tuesday and Thursday since NYU doesn't have many Friday classes, but what are you guys figuring out!? Rotating, maybe? dunno.

And also, somewhere under the Registration tab, click on Registration Status, and it'll tell you if you're on Academic probation or not (which, I think, would probably mean your last of High School grades were sucky)..... :). Me it said "Academic Status: Good Standing"

Good luck!!

TR is Tuesday Thursday

OH GOD. Thank you for this fyi, I'm gonna check mine now :)

Wait. Now this is f|_|cked up...I still cant access my schedule.

Apparantly I can't either...

It's either *****ing

"You are not registered for the requested term. Return to the previous form to request your schedule data for a different term."

or

"You are not currently eligible to enroll in courses for this term. Approval of your schedule by your advisor is required."

And I already sent in the paper with the classes and whatnot...this is frigging garbage.

Im beginning to second guess the veracity of this whole GSP deal.

Why can't I see it???

I'm gonna be a soph. in GSP, and I remember I didn't get mine until at least July or so last year. I think they do it as they come in the mail.

It won't let you enroll for classes, because they automatically do if for you, since everyone is in the same 3/4 classes. Thats the "advisor approval" thing. You don't have to actually do anything but submit the paper. As soon as they do your schedule, the advisor crap will disappear.

After first semester freshman year, you register online like everyone else. Though GSP did an excellent job with my schedule first semester (no classes till 12:30, it was awesome)

Thanks for the update, hot mama! As for my academic status.... Woot, Good standing! I'm not in academic probation! I rule at lief

Thanks for clearing things up. :0)

i'm super psyched b/c I got the classes I wanted AND I have the slot I want. 8-12:30 slot. My classes start at 8 AM and are over at 10:45 AM. YES!

haha :) you early bird you. :)

I am so dead after about 1 so I figured... why not take the morning classes. what culture class are you all taking? (south asian, middle east, latin american... etc). I'm in the South Asian Cultures class

btw, did anyone here find out what books we need for our courses? or where I could figure that out.

I'm taking the middle eastern one, but I hear the south asia one is AMAZING. My friend took it two years ago and she talked about it all the time--it sounded so interesting. :)

We find out at NYU, I think. But if you really wanted to know, you could always email the professors :)

Is it not working for anyone else? My schedule doesn't come up.

my son's schedule is up- he wants to change to AM classes but got the elective he wanted

My schedule STILL isn't up. I called them. They said it should be soon.
