GSU Pre-Law? Then UGA?

Hey. I want to thank in advance to anyone who responds to this post. I have recently decided that the best school I can get into is Georgia State University. There, I would like to take courses in Pre-law. I am applying to Georgia State Because I don't believe I will get into University of Georgia. Is Georgia State a good option for Pre-law? I plan on going to UGA after my graduate degree anyway, so should I just try to transfer to UGA? My reasons for only applying to Georgia State would be that my GPA is only a 3.4 weighted which would be about a 3.1 unweighted. I did, however, get a 1950 on the SAT (720 Critical Reading, 590 Math, 640 Writing). I have no documented community service (I did a bunch but I was just too lazy to document it). I lettered varsity in three sports: track, football, and wrestling. I quit track and football after my sophomore year in order to focus on wrestling. I just finished my junior year. Quick question: are sports a waste of time? I feel like I have wasted my life and sacrificed my GPA to do sports. Anyway, I just wanted to know if I am making a good decision with my college plans, and if that path will lead me to any success in the future. If you have any further questions, I will gladly post follow-ups. Thanks!
