S20 accepted for business. He should have around 30 credits from AP classes. We were looking at the degree requirements for a BSBA. It seems like he could possibly graduate in 3 years (with a summer class or two). Leaving internships and co-ops out of the equation, how likely is it that someone could graduate in 3 years?
Attending 4 years is fine for both of us but just came up as a discussion once we really looked at the required classes.
My son entered with +50 credits last fall, but while they took almost all of them, many (~12) will not count towards his degree. He was planning to study at GTL in France this summer and only take 12 credits, but that has now been pushed to next fall. After that, if he takes 16 credits per semester he will only need 3 more semesters to complete his engineering undergrad. I believe the engineering degree requires 10 more credits to graduate, so three years is doable.
