I know my GPA is on the lower end, but I have more rigor than the average student, triple legacy, and my SAT is higher end of mid-range. So given everything, where do you think I stand?

Thank you to all who took the time to read this and provide insight, I appreciate it.

There’s no way of knowing for sure. I don’t know if legacy actually matters here - I know it definitely doesn’t automatically get you in. I think the best you can do is compare your stats to your brothers and assume GT has gotten slightly more selective since his year. Your application looks strong, but your AP scores are low. I would say it looks like at the very least you would get a “if you go to another USG school and get a certain GPA you’re guaranteed to get transfer acceptance” but I don’t know anything for sure.

Good luck!
