Hey all
If I got a B- in a college class at a local university after my sr year will it matter that it is a B- and not a B?
I Oked the course with cornell

Yes, assuming your GT requirements say that you must get a B or above in all required courses. If you get less than a B in any required classes, your application will be considered with the rest of the regular transfer pool, and your admission will no longer be guaranteed.

Believe me, you do NOT want to have to get below a “B” in one course (from personal experience)… turns what was once an easy “guaranteed” opportunity into your most worrisome and anxiety-filled experience (until you hear you’re either accepted or rejected). And yes, you are going to be placed into the regular transfer pool and admission is NOT guaranteed.
