<p>For materials science and engineering, is GT better than NCSU? The tuition difference is 20k+ but I will be an in-state resident of GA next year, so the tuition will go down quite a bit. Right now, I am an NC resident and so NC State is closer and I wont be alienated by the campus at first. In terms of education and opportunity, which is better?
