<p>GTech recommends 3 agencies for FC evaluation - </p>

<li>ECE</li>
<li>JosephSilny</li>

<p>I passed 12th this June so I have 12th marksheets, certificates also.</p>
<p>Which one do you guys recommend ( out of the 3 )? ( Not considering the differences in costs )</p>
<p>Do I send the original marksheets, certificates or a copy of each ?</p>
<p>They require 10th & 12th marksheets only or 9th & 11th ones also ?</p>
<p>WES says that I either attest the marksheets and then send 'em or I request the board to send. Which one should I go for ? ( If I opt for WES )</p>
<p>If anyone has applied to Gtech, Do tell me which one they took ..

<p>Okay guys I opted for WES for FCE and trust me on something- it is a major pain to actually get the documents attested by the board!</p>
<p>Plus, WES customer care is super inefficient and I think they charge more than the rest.</p>
<p>Getting to the point, opt for Josef Silny or ECE!</p>
<p>I chose WES, have got the documents attested( and yes getting them attested is a real pain in the *ss) and and have couriered them, The only advantage is that WES doesn’t require you to send originals unlike
Josef Silny and ECE. ECE will only evaluate the CBSE/ISC(10th and 12th) mark sheets and not the 11th grade mark sheet.</p>
<p>So Does WES evaluate your 9th and 11th grade marksheets also ?</p>
<p>No it doesn’t but trust me to come to think of it, it’s better to get all marksheets evaluated as you apparently stand a better chance. Current student told me this :|</p>
<p>WES requests that secondary educational documents be issued and attested by the national or state examination boards themselves and will NOT accept secondary school certificates that are attested by a school or college official (e.g. principal).</p>
<p>So you mean I should get my 9th and 11th grade marksheets copies( Ones given by the school ) also attested by board ?</p>
<p>Also, GTech Request a Document by document evaluation and a GPA Calculation as well ?
With WES, You have GPA Calculation only with Course by course .

<p>i tried,but CBSE wont attest your 9th and 11th school mark sheets, they took 3 days just to attest by board marksheet! lol.
but I sent them anyway-just to be safe! :)</p>

<p>I applied for course-by-course, they downgraded me to document-by-document and gave me a refund. Lmao.</p>

<p>Note: If you have no post-secondary education, choose the Document-by-Document evaluation. WES does not provide Course-by-Course evaluations for secondary education.</p>
<p>If they downgraded you to document by document then where will you get your GPA on 4.0 scale … hmm ??

<p>Can’t use WES bcoz then u won’t be able to send scores on the GPA scale.</p>

<p>Go for ECE then. They ask you to send photocopies but also say they can and reserve the right to ask for originals. I don’t know if they DO ask for originals or not. Anyone who has used ECE, Care to shed some light on this ???</p>
<p>@aniruddhc - How did you solve the problem then ? ( The fact that WES does NOT give a GPA score; It’s available only for students of higher education )
