<p>Yes, but it’s not guaranteed. Generally speaking, if you have decent grades and can articulate a reason for the change, you’ll be able to transfer. If, however, you have bad grades or the best you can do for a reason is “Uh…I like international stuff” you’ll probably not be granted the transfer, and in some years, there are space issues that limit how many people can transfer from COL to SFS.</p>
