@jayhoops1798, I haven’t visited any colleges but my brother went for law school and my sister went for her master’s so I’m very familiar with the campus.

@anonymoose3 That’s so cool! I’m hoping to go into law in the future too that’s why I especially love georgetowns location in dc

Georgetown - Match/Reach
Duke - Reach (gotten extremely selective)
Northwestern - match
ND - match
WUSL - Reach
JHU - Reach
Vanderbilt - match
Brown - Reach
Emory - match
UNC chapel hill - match

However, I suggest you apply to a local school (wherever you live) because all of these schools are very selective and I’ve seen people with 4.0 unweighted GPAs and 2300 SATs be rejected!

Georgetown - Match
Duke - Reach
WUSL - Reach
Brown - may be?
UNC chapel hill - HIGH MATCH

I think you stand a good chance at all these schools, especially if you increase your ACT score. Good essays and recommendations will only cement your appeal:)

Thanks! @lovesdogs101

Don’t make BC your safety. I had a 2200 super scored and got waitlisted with over a 3.9 UW and 4.3+ W and very passionate Essay and ECs. I heard from my GC that they can be iffy if you’re not Catholic (I’m not) and if they believe you could get in and decide to attend somewhere better. As in, for people from far away OOS, even if it is Private, there is some yield protection. With college now adays state public schools are usually the safety schools.
Of some OOS public depending on which.

As all of your schools can be finicky about accepting and yield, I say you would not get into all but at least a few of them you would. I think Emory is almost a definitely. Good Luck!

Thanks! @arfieldsy and yeah I like bc not just as a safety too. Any suggestions on some good safety schools? (I’m from New York btw if that helps at all)

Reach at all save for ND, Emory, and UNC (unless out of state - then it’s a reach as well)

What’s your SAT not supper scored? Because not all schools care for super score. Also, pick up your ACT unless if you’re not gonna send it (I wouldnt). Make sure schools know your ECs in your essays. They need to know you’re an involved student.
