<p>Nah. Not so decent. A budding exploiter. The laundry issue reveals all. If the PA waits around, the PA should be compensated for the 1 1/2. Employees are usually compensated for their time not just the time taken to complete a task.</p>
<p>Imagine if all the time spent walking to a Xerox machine and back to a desk etc, etc. was unremunerated and only the time actually spent copying were included?</p>
