I got into Georgetown University- School of Foreign Service and my state school, TCNJ.
Georgetown did not give me enough Financial Aid for me to go there. But, it's a great school so I'm willing to get loans, a lot of them.
But, with my state school my parents told me they would be able to pay for it for all 4 years and I'd have nothing to worry about.

I'm going to major in Political Science and hopefully go to law school.

Should I go to GU or TCNJ?

Georgetown is world-class. No environment could be better for making connections and getting internships and your actual experience as an undergrad would be different. But if your set on law school instead of a government job, it might be worth it just to go to your state school, save the money, and do well enough to go onto a T1 law school. Paying for law school will be just as expensive as paying for Georgetown and you don’t want to graduate hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.

You need to adopt a realistic attitude about loans. They must be paid back. Be careful before digging yourself into a hole too large to escape from, especially if further education is a possibility.

Go to TCNJ, save money, get a high GPA and then go to Georgetown for Law School or graduate school. Many of my friends from TCNJ got into top 14 law schools. So go to TCNJ period!
