colgate university, and then cornell human ec if i decide to transfer

University of Michigan then Cornell CAS

Stonehill College, then ILR

Rutgers University, then Hotel School. If I get a 3.0 GPA.

I just got back from Orientation. Now I'm pretty pumped!

It's hard not telling people, but I'm not going to at least for now...especially my advisor who might decide to help me less because she would know I won't be staying.

ucsd........

hey figgy, was it hard getting at least a 3.3? I need a 3.3 and all classes B or above.

heh, its why I chose to goto U-Miami first year so I can make sure I can G-T next fall.

SUNY Geneseo, then CALS

...I think you misunderstood me...I'm in the same situation as you, that's also why I'm going to Stonehill. GL with them and hopefully we will see eachother soon!

lol i didnt read your post

I dissuade anyone from attending their second choice school as a first year matriculation for guaranteed transfer. You probably will end up staying.

that is exactly what i was trying to bring across

Im going to Georgetown and possibly ILR in the fall of 2007. Im not too sure that I want to transfer, however, I may have to because of the insane price coupled with the mediocre financial aid that I recieved from G-town.

see i really don't get this. why go to a ridiculously expensive school first year if you are just going to end up going to cornell. i went to a suny school and it was 4,000 for the year. that means i saved about 26,000 for most schools. that's alot of money to save for your parents. think about it.

im going to NYU on a full ride then probably Cornell in fall 07

"Im not too sure that I want to transfer"-Does that answer your question CMB720? I don't know if im even going to transfer to Cornell next fall!!! Moreover, my parents are fine with paying the money for me to go to G-town, I just kinda feel bad about making them do it because we are just a middle-class family. I chose to go to G-town because it can afford me oppurtunities that other schools can't, for the career that I wish to pursue. The D.C. area will provide me with internship and a more urban enviornment, which I happen to enjoy subsequent to residing in New York City for the 17 years of my existence!

whoaaaaa calm down... im taking about people in general jeez. and btw georgetown is a great school, i wasnt condeming you at all.

I was waitlisted, then given a GT. I deposited at Gallatin @ NYU. I will be transferring to ILR in Fal 2007.

Im so sorry for overreacting. That was very asinine of me. I guess I got so heated because your correct when you say that you shouldn't go to an expensive school, that is, if your definetely gonna transfer to Cornell!
