Omg, you're telling me!!! I'm dying lol. I really ought to get a hobby :)

I vote for Pi Day. 3/14 at 1:59 PM.

Oh, that's brilliant CountingDown.

Maybe they would do Mar. 15th--ides of March--just to make it amusing.

i sense just a hint of wishful thinking in this forum :-p EA decisions were delayed by a week. I'd say regular decisions will come out on the 29th.

Let's all bake pie for Pi day! I just hope the decisions come out before I leave on Spring Break. Even if it's bad news, at least I know...

Lol I was about to ask "When's Pi Day?" Then I was like, wait...3/14...right...I'm clearly not a math person lol...I am a baker though so that should be fun :)

I hope they'll come out tomorrow morning, but I vote for March 26th. I'm thinking about getting Gmail Notifier just for the occasion.

LOL liana! I downloaded gmail notifier just for Chicago's EA Decisions (I was deferred :P)

You'll just make yourself crazy though, that's what it did to me ><

Gmail notifier! Hear, hear.

I'm not a math person, but my mathy son asked if he could take pies in to his DiffEq class on Wednesday. I figure pie-baking is an essential skill for any potential math major. :)

Last year and this year, he's in math class on 3/14 at 1:59 pm...would it be too much to think that the counselors planned class schedules this way on purpose?!

Gmail Notifier didn't help me, as I got my EA package about two hours before the email arrived... lol.

My guess is that regular decisions will come on the 29th.

Good luck, everyone!

argh.

Come on, come on.

March 23rd must be it!

Is anyone else freaking out as April 1st approaches?

I think I'd actually prefer to know the date that decisions will be released than find out sooner on some unknown date. :(

^I actually sort of agree. I'd like to prepare myself for it in advance instead of having it randomly pop up in the mail one day and give me a heart attack.

I'm actually getting a little calmer I think... it's a weird sensation.

I used to be really anxious about it, but for whatever reason patience has just ... set in.

I wish Libby would post an update...

she said in the botany pond update that they won't be able to say until it basically happens.

I know decisions most likely won't be emailed during the morning (early/late afternoon seems to be the college norm), but I can just imagine going to print something that I emailed myself, and finding out I was rejected, and then having to act "okay" about it all day at school...

Lol fndrplayer I don't like the updates about random excursions at UChi. I want to know about admissions, dammit! So I skipped the botany pond update or whatever, and it appears I missed that nugget. Serves me right :)

Haha I didn't either for awhile Mallomar.

But they're actually hilarious. Like the one where Libby and Austin toured the campus in the middle of winter and had a picture of a Bar Mitzvah cat. That was actually funny enough where I laughed out loud in real life.
