Guess what I want to know about... my chances!

Attended OK public high school 9th and 10th grade and then attended another relatively better high school 11th and 12th grade in two different locations in Cali.

Applying to:
Caltech (EA)
Stanford
UCB,UCLA,UCSD,UCI,UCSB
USC
Cal Poly SLO

Intended major: Electrical engineering

GPA: 4.0/4.6
SAT I: Math (710) Reading (690) Writing (650): 2040
SAT II: Math L2 (670) Physics (740) US Hist (670)
APs (last year): Physics B (4) Language and Composition (5) US History (4)
APs (this year): Literature and Composition, Physics C, US Gov, Econ, Calculus BC

Extra curriculars:
100+ Community service hours (thats probably worthless)
Member of school club participating in Solar Cup 2006 and 2007 (Technical Secretary) - junior and senior year
Work/Job 20 hrs/week - junior and senior year
Independent study and practice of software development 8-10th grade... worked/working on several projects for a web-design firm (including linux web-administration)

I'm most concerned about UCLA and UCB. Keep in mind that I'm applying as EE (impacted) major. I know colleges look for more than what I've provided (essays, recs, etc.) but I'm just looking for a general idea.

Thanks.

math areas are a bit weeking, esp for caltech

yes, I realize that stanford and caltech are probably great reaches (even if my math score were better)... but I'm most interested in UCLA/UCB. According to the UC website my stats are about the avg. 50% of acceptees (okay... a little lower than the average), but how much harder would it be for a major in electrical engineering?

electrifice:

UCB/UCLA: Slight Reach (Engineering)
UCSD: Match (Engineering)
UCI/UCSB: Safety

LA and Cal are 50/50. Write a great essay. Caltech and Stanford are unrealistic reaches.

thanks guys... informative replies, gives me a better idea of where I might stand.

Caltech--Reach
Stanford--Reach
UCB/UCLA--50/50 (agree with bobby100) (engineering)
UCSD--Match (engineering)
UCI/UCSB--Safe Match (engineering)
USC--Match
Cal Poly SLO--Match
