<p>I have a friend who applied to a bunch of top LAC's and a few highly selective universities, and I want to see if you guys can guess where he has gotten in. He has heard back from all but a few of his schools (he has 3 left, I believe). This isn't supposed to be some shocking thing, where he gets rejected from his safety and in at his reaches, I just want to see if you guys are really as good at predicting as it seems. Here are a runover of his stats (and no, this isn't me)</p>
<p>HS: Top public school in WA.
Test Scores: SAT: 780 V 700 M 700 W
SAT II: US History 740 Biology M 680
GPA: 3.975/4.0(School doesn't weight)
AP: Biology 5
Class Rank: Top 5%
Strength of Schedule: Took mostly honors courses when avaliable, and has a pretty tough senior year schedule.
Essay- I assume they are good, he's a good writer, and put a lot of time in them, from what I noticed
Teacher Recs- Again, assume they are good, his teachers really liked him.</p>
<p>Extracurriculars:
ASB Secretary
Tennis: 3 years Varsity
NHS Treasurer
Filmmaking Camp Freshman Year
Boys State(Won "Student of the Day" award while there)
Attended Carleton Summer Writing Program in the summer of 2006
Community Service activities
He has some others, but I'm forgetting, and they aren't incredibly impressive. </p>
