Do you guys leave stuff blank of standardized tests with a guessing penalty? Generally, the test is made so one or more answers can easily be eliminated, so Personally, I never leave anything blank. If you can eliminate only one, do you go for it or not take the risk?

I never leave anything blank...I can normally eliminate at least one

same here. eliminate one answer and you will statistically break-even with the guessing penalty

actually you break even if you just guess randomly...that's the point

if you eliminate one you have a chance of gaining a pt

5 questions, guess on all 5

you'd get 1 right, 4 wrong

1x1 point = 1
4x1/4 pts = 1
1-1=0

if you eliminated 1 choice, you'd be at an overall advantage
