<p>My Guidance counselor just called me to inform me that he forgot to submit one of my very important transcript. The transcript was my national level examination mark-sheet. He said that he realized it after he clicked the submit button so there was nothing he could do. He also did't fill the optional report section and later when he tried to add the missing transcript into the optional section. the section didn't accept any report. Now he can't edit any of the sections. Although my mid year and final year reports of high school are already submitted with the required transcripts. What should I do and what should my counselor do? Should we contact commonapp for assistance?</p>
