Guidance counselor LOR mandatory or not?

I wish to apply to Yale under SCEA. Yale’s official site says that 2 teacher and 1 counselor LOR is required. However, I do not have a guidance counselor. So, should I provide with a 3rd teacher recommendation?

PS: Will I be able to send my transcripts by myself?
Should I use a high school teacher as a counselor who can send my transcripts and write me an LOR?

I have done a lot of research on admission process and financial aid by myself. I am good enough by myself. Also, the place where I live (India), does not have good counselors (for undergraduate in the US). There are a few but I don’t trust them. Once, I found myself in a situation where I lectured the counselor about admissions and college financial aid policy. I understand that I do not have detailed information and I would love to have personal help with my application but I am sure of not making critical errors either. I am only worried about sending transcripts and LORs.
Some advice, please.
Thank you

If a school wants a GC rec, as Yale does, then it is mandatory.

No. In that case, an administrator/dean/principal would need to provide the LoR.

No; the school needs to send them.

No - see above.

thanks
