Ok, to begin I am very politically motivated, and want to pursue majors of English, Philosophy, or PoliSci, and then enter law school.

I'm White Male
2110 SAT, retaking, expecting ~2200
Projected GPA by time of application: 3.75-3.8 (with general upward trend)
Go to Community College since my dad works there (free!)
In the Honors Program
Top 5% of my class in high school
Transferring for fall of junior year
Learning chinese on my own outside of school, and trying to get the school to credit me for it (might have to twist their arm a bit!).. will be about level 3 by application time

I have a lot of campaign volunteering and even was a congressional page, and more or less live and breathe politics and really really am concerned as to Where to apply.

Currently, I am looking at GW, Georgetown, and NYU, applying for Arts and Sciences programs at whatever I end up, or their equivalent.

What I ask of you guys is, what are my weaknesses and strengths?
What other schools (generally east coast) should I consider?
Are these schools suitable for me?
What kind of community/volunteer/work advice do you have?

Idk what else to put or say.... so what are your thoughts??

Your GPA is quite nice, as long as your courseload has been rigorous.

Impossible for us to say your weaknesses and strengths - we don't know you! Ditto re whether the schools are suitable - but the DC location of the first two seems to make a lot of sense. Other schools in that area are also good for people with political interests - UMd CP, Johns Hopkins - if those schools appeal to you on other dimensions.

As to what community service/volunteer/work you should do - that should be based on your own interests, NOT based on trying to improve your transfer application. The latter just doesn't work; it needs to come from internal motivation.
