<p>I'm a US parent looking for a guidebook to Canadian schools. I can't find anything on Amazon. Looking at the amazon Canada website I only see one copy of one book, MaClean's guide, but they for some reason won't ship it to the US, oddly. So what are the good guidebooks and how do I get them? Other sources to learn about universities in Canada? Thanks.</p>
<p>I’m not sure that there are any guidebooks to Canadian schools like there are for U.S. schools. Your best bet is to look at the schools’ websites and get your information there. Canadians do not think of rankings like Americans do. Canadian universities are public institutions and the variance in quality of education is not there as it is in the U.S. For Ontario schools, have a look at the OUAC site, which is the centralized clearing house for applications. There will be links to all Ontario schools there.</p>
