Guns, Germs and Steel

In CAT 1, do you read the entire book of Guns, Germs and Steel?

lol my “theory of knowledge” highschool class made me read this book… that book is gigantic haha good luck

TOK hahahaha, screw IB!!!

I’m assuming that this is for Algaze’s course.

Looking over my last year’s syllabus we had to read: 13-32, 35-66, 85-156, 157-214, 265-292, 195-238 in that order over a period of 10 weeks with some weeks having no Diamond (Guns, Germs, and Steel) readings.

@ Schw1ing: Haha I took a few classes with him, and Diamond is not exactly highly regarded in the serious anthropological world, though GGS does make for a pretty interesting read.

@ OP: Find the gaps in his argument!

Thanks. That was very helpful. Any suggestions regarding the essays?

Apparently, your TA grades your essays so talk to them

oh, god, i love to diamond, if i could read his book,… (daydreams)
