Guys, let this be a cautionary tale.

<p>It just came to my mind that, up to the 1950’s, unconsensual sex (= rape) was sometimes legaly excused (or often reduced to a lesser charge) by means of arguing that if the victim (female) used to behave “laciviously”, to some extent she would have attracked an “unstoppable impulse” from the rapist, therefore the rape would have been not that serious.</p>

<p>We got better regarding this point. </p>

<p>As a man, I agree with those who said that people should learn to deal with rejection. I have one old acquitance who cannot deal with rejection well. He gets either depressed or angry for some hours to a couple days if a “move” he was planning goes bad. He doesn’t get the concept that womem he chase after might just be not interested and not willing to explaining him their reasons.</p>
