Guys, what are your workout routine

I'm doing pushups, dumbell curls and situps...

quite basic, i know. i don't really care about endurance and stuff, i'm doing more weight training.

dip, chew, repeat.

Winterguard...that's enough working out on its own...

flashbang, jump, aim, duck, aim, jump, aim, shoot, smoke, reload, explosive grenade, duck, aim, jump, aim, shoot

I used to do push-ups, heel lefts, 4 types of crunches, and jog. Then it got cold outside and school started.

I walk up three flights of stairs twice a day... English and Social. :) Ooh and sometimes I even go up there for MUN.

As you can tell I'm very athletic!

... no but actually. Every spring I play field hockey every day after school for about 3 hours. Otherwise I run when I feel like it.

30 minute jog ... usually amounts to 2.5 miles (2 laps around school). Do that 4 times a week and getting better every time.

run 40min-1hour, pushups til failure. situps for 10min

Soccer practices and games
Pilates 6 times p/w
Occasional pushups and pressups
Walking 30min-1hr, 2 times p/w

I should really be running to build up stamina for soccer but lately I've just been slack.. (im a girl so walking doesnt make me look stupid haha)

^^ envious. btw, does pilates really work?

i used to jumprope.. but now i don't have the time anymore (I.e. lazy). i just walk up and down the stairs as much as i could. :D

running for 30 min. or more. my goal is to do 10 laps around the track before July. so far my highest is 7 laps...

<-- Competitive Swimmer

5-7 practices a week

I usually swim each weekday night except for Wednesday, doubles on Friday, occasionally also do a practice monday/wednesday morning, sometimes do saturday mornings.

Night Practice:
swim laps/easy sets for warmup (~1500 yards)
kicking/pulling/both (~1000 yards)
Main set for conditioning (~2500 yards)
Secondary set, usually sprinting (~500-800 yards)
Cool-down (~200 yards)

Weekday mornings:
warmup (~1200 yards)
main set (~2000 yards)
secondary set (~500 yards)
TUBING!!!!!!! (We tie rubber tubes to our waists, tie it to one end of the pool, swim down as far as we can down the pool and hold however far we get for 35 seconds 10 times)

Medicine balls 4 days a week.

Doubles = torture :(

oh, random fact that some guys here will find... useful

Men who only lift weights and strength train 4 times a week have a 50% higher occurrence (sp?) rate of erectile dysfunction than men who condition their aerobic/cardiovascular systems 4 times a week

edit: that didn't come out exactly the way I wanted it to, sorry IVYPoison, didn't mean to bash your routine if that's what it sounded like, just stating the results of a study.

i do about thirty remote control lifts...

^^^Woohoo! go hotpiece!

and i lift inordinate amounts of food into my mouth...

^^^ You must have huge biceps by now

i must say that my biceps are getting out of hand. i can barely fit into my shirts anymore. i'm gonna have to have a feeding tube installed or something to prevent further growth.

I'm only allowed to bicycle related things, walking, a little bit of small weights and other things like that. No more sports or anything. I used to play soccer all year round and some tennis. I'm still trying to let my knee recover from last fall when I fractured it.

competitive swimmer here too! practice 7 times p/w: 2-2.5 hrs of swimming, 1-1.5 hr of lifting/yoga/pilates/other stuff depending on the day

xc in the fall, 1.5-2 hrs after school
HS swimming in the winter, only have to go to 6 practices + meets
softball in the spring, 2-2.5 hrs after school
