<p>I run two miles at 7 minute-mile pace one day, then 1 mile at 5:30 mile pace the next day followed by two hours of tennis. Then the next day i run two miles again...</p>
<p>not much specialized workouts. I think I'm doing well enough as it is.</p>
<p>Running 4 miles at home which takes about 40 mins. Strength training about 30 minutes. Playing DDR 10-11 pm! :P I tend to get hyper a lot. Better use all of those energy for workouts. :D</p>
<p>I run four times a week, varying the mileage from 4-10 miles. Then I do about 60 push-ups and 100 sit-ups, with some yoga thrown in on off-days.</p>
<p>But I eat like there's a five-year famine coming, so I might look a little more like hotpiece than you athletic folk.</p>
<p>lol joinc, I was forced to quit gymnastics at age 10 because my parents were scared that my growth will be stunted.

I think that's more correlation than causation...most of the really good ones have the small/agile thing going on. Less weight to maneuver, and such.</p>
<p>Carrying books and backpack around campus about 40 hours a week. After that, I'm too tired to do anything. And obscene amounts of clicking and typing.
Nothing else.</p>
