I heard from a friend there are frequently a lot of guys from Columbia attending Barnard classes, and Barnard girls attending classes at Columbia, so its more like one massive co-ed university. Is that true? The girls only aspect of Barnard is the only worry I have for the school, so any in put would be great!

Im only in my first stages of research into Barnard, so I dont really know much about the whole no guys situation

Not to sound curt, but you’d do well to just read some of the old posts/threads. The ‘guy’ situation has been addressed over a hundred times!

Yes, there are going to be plenty of Columbia boys (and girls) in most (but not all) of your classes. Yes, there are plenty of boys outside campus too, because it’s located in a pretty perfect location.

However, it does have a very strong feminist/woman-empowering/general women’s college vibe. Do keep that in mind as well!

Thanks! I tried looking for some old ones, maybe its just something with my browser, but I can only see 6 threads, and no previous page buttons. I’ll try look on another computer though. Thanks again!
