Got accepted into Elliot with 25,000 dollar scholarship but no Honors College. But, considering I wrote that essay in 45 minutes because I needed to get my app in its understandable.
Accepted into School of Media and Public Affairs with 20k per year scholarship!!

My financial aid isn’t working though. Is anyone elses Up
Waitlisted, not too surprised! Also got waitlisted by NYU and had the exact same feeling for them I had about GW- essays pretty generic and in general didn’t show much interest in the school.

S got in with a presidential scholarship, rejected by Swarthmore, Johns Hopkins and Chapel Hill, and Penn; waitlisted by NYU and Chicago. Financial aid not yet up in their server.
My son is currently at GW, he received his financial aid package a week after his acceptance.
Does anyone else have no decision posted?

Waitlisted. Stanford’s decisions come out today too and at this point my hope of getting into any of my dream schools has been dampened.
Anyone know how to see if you got any need-based aid?

Waitlisted with a 91 GPA and 2070 SAT. I visited but never showed any further interest, my supplements were pretty generic and I wouldn’t have been able to afford GW anyways.
Under Award Information (Financial Aid), it says (for 2015-2016 Financial Aid Year) “No award information is available for you at this time, please contact your financial aid office if you have questions.”
Then I went to “My Eligibility”. It’s showing three items under “Outstanding Requirement”: Certification that Student will not file tax return, Copy of Parent’s Current Yr W-2 Forms (all forms filed), and Signed copy of Parent’s Current Yr Tax Retn incl all schdls.
They don’t use IDOC and I don’t recall being contacted by GWU for those. Anyone else with this problem?
