<p>I just decided today - I'm going to GW!!!!</p>
<p>When I tried to make a GW Netid, however, the website didn't let me. Do they have to recieve my deposit before I can request housing? I'm really nervous - I don't want to get "stuck" on the mount vernon campus! That's what I heard can happen and I really don't want it to! </p>
<p>Right now I am really interested in the Arts and Culture Housing Program in Thurston - what are my chances? </p>

<p>It happened to me too! But don’t worry.</p>
<p>The housing department told me you have to wait 48 hours after they received your deposit.</p>
<p>this process takes so long! i think it’s only business days too cause then you wait another day after making a net id to be able to fill out housing, and i made my net id friday and still can’t do housing!</p>
<p>If you call them, most of the time they are really nice. So just explain your situation they can help you with it. I literally called every time I had a problem.</p>
