Had to join in on this! Applied Ed 1 from Princeton, NJ…have all of your CSS profiles been listed as received?
@futurecolonial12 me too. i have a feeling that they’re aren’t as much as there’s been in the past. @phstogwu yes, did you submit it on time by Nov. 16? the website says it the CSS profiles aren’t loaded until early December, so maybe if it was late that’s why.
Yea mine was sent the 14th/15th
@mls2016 @aubrianna I am part of yr’s too!!!
@edGWU2020 @aubrianna awesome! Maybe we’ll all be in CR together next year
Haha and I bet I will be your staunchest opponent on campus!
Can someone also chance me? 3.3 unweighted (with a good explanation) and test optional. Very rigorous class schedule and I go to arguably the best high school in my state. I am extremely politically active. I have an resume that would be good coming out of grad school. I’ve logged more than 2,000 hours of community service . I’ve worked 40+ hours a week on two campaigns and I have done more than 5 internships. I have more than 5 letters of recommendation, and I have relationships with people in power in my state (some of them are even writing my letters!) I also am a community leader, and I have been on panels at conferences for professionals, etc… I also write for a magazine as a paid writer, and I have extensive media coverage (i.e. internationally watched comedian has talked about me) and events I have organized have gone national. I’ve also received a few different awards. My essay is great, and I am also diverse. I also have visited campus.
I’m liking my chances, but I am wondering what you all think. I also have kept it vague on purpose. It’s an update from my old one haha!

We should definitely make a Facebook group if we all get accepted! Seems like we’re all interested in either political science, communications, international affairs or journalism!

GW Admissions tweeted today that admissions decisions would not be released this week and did not comment on whether or not it will be next week. Hopefully only one more week of anxiety.
