Hi guys,
I’m currently a freshman at GWU and I applied ED1 last year. I am in no way connected to admissions so take what I am about to say with a grain of salt: last year the same exact thing happened. Admissions straddled us by saying “could be any day.” It ended up being Friday, December 19th, and apparently the year before mine it was also on a Friday. My admissions counselor also seemed to be under the impression that they would release decisions on that Friday. This is in no way official, but I remember how stressed I was last year because admissions kept saying “could be any day” and I wanted to try to alleviate some of the stress you guys might be having. In my experience, just expect them to come out Friday.
