ACT: 27 (But I didn’t send any scores)
SAT II: N/A
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.65
Weighted GPA: 3.97

IB (place score in parenthesis): N/A
Senior Year Course Load: AP Studio Art, Japanese 2, Economics, Practical Law, AP World, AP Literature, Pre-Calculus
Major Awards: None really, just basic academic achievement awards at my school.

Subjective:

Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis):
Job/Work Experience: I’ve spent summers teaching inner city children how to speak Japanese. (Not quite a job though, more of an internship)
Volunteer/Community service: Boys & Girls Club volunteer. Because I am on a robotics team, my team visits the centers and teach children fun engineering-based activities. For example, we taught the kids how to make balloon powered cars out of legos.
Summer Activities: Already Mentioned
Essays (rating 1-10, details): 8. I kept it simple, didn’t go overboard about why I chose them, yet, I still explained aspects unique to them that interested me (ie. Peace Studies).
Recommendations (rating 1-10, details): No idea but I chose all history teachers that adore me. I’ll give it 9

Weaknesses: My test scores, which is why I didn’t send them.
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Magic, I’m honestly surprised.
Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I was rejected from Harvard. Accepted by the College for Creative Studies and Michigan State University.

General Comments: Now I know some of you are going to look at how inadequate I appear, and I’m sorry. If you received a rejection or waitlist, I understand how frustrated you must feel and I empathize.
