GWU vs. NYU

I’ve looked through threads like these but the ones I’ve seen aren’t applicable to me (most of them I saw are asking about polisci/IR majors, which I am not). Anyways, I’ve basically narrowed down my college decision to George Washington University and New York University. At the moment I think I’m majoring in English, but I’m not sure; it’ll be some kind of humanity-type thing. Anyways, both schools gave me enough scholarship/aid that I won’t graduate with crazy debt. I’m visiting both, but is there any information that I should consider that I won’t receive on a general campus tour/open house? Pros and cons of each school? Leaning towards NYU.

Does GW have any more of a campus than NYU (save for GW’s Mount Vernon)? I heard they were both pretty integrated into the city? (I liked Northeastern because it had a campus within the city but they gave me very little financial aid- - it cost more than NYU – so I’m not really considering it anymore.)
