Hey guys,
I know this is a terribly stupid question, but I need reassurance. In my freshman year I had an A+ in gym and sophmore year I dropped to an A because I had the grumpy gym teacher who rarely gives A+'s. So my question is am I correct in assuming top colleges ignore gym grades and only care about academics?

When I read your question, my jaw literally dropped. First of all, gym class is NOT looked at for serious consideration. And second for all, so what? You got an A, just deal with it. You WILL NOT be getting A+s in every class you take in life (and it’s gym). Man, honestly…

“I know this is a terribly stupid question,” - Agreed.

Yes, top colleges ignore gym grades… unless you receive an F or something.

Trolllllllll

Don’t worry about A+'s vs A’s. It doesn’t make a difference, for example, at my school, some teachers just don’t give + or -. An A is an A.
